Deadline and conditions:

This accreditation form must be completed in full and sent together with a copy of the press card by 8th January 2027. Any accommodation costs will only be covered by the media partner who has applied for accreditation using this form. Hotel requests can only be honoured to a limited extent. If the room contingent is exhausted and/or the date has expired, we will try to reserve an accommodation elsewhere, but at the media partner’s expense.
